Features

• The 24P is a feature-rich measurement instrument designed to offer optimal performance and user convenience. It is equipped with a 24″ (600mm) vertical screen, ensuring an excellent viewing experience, and supports both erect and reversed profile images. The high-resolution ground glass screen features a calibration reticle and 90-degree cross lines for enhanced precision. Additionally, the machined chart ring includes a vernier protractor with 1-minute graduation and chart clips for accurate alignments.
• Optically, the 24P features coated telecentric parfocal optics, ensuring clear and consistent imaging. It also includes a 3 position rotary lens and condenser turret, with an optional 4 position available. The quartz halogen profile light source is 24V, 150W, complemented by bright 250W fiber optic surface illumination, providing excellent visibility.
• The stage of the 24P is constructed from solid cast iron and is nickel-plated for durability. It operates on crossed roller bearings for superior performance and features triple universal dovetails to accommodate a wide range of fixtures. The overall size of the stage is 36″ x 8″ (914x200mm), and it has a remarkable 500 lbs capacity. The stage also boasts 24″ (610mm) X-axis motorized travel, 10″ (250mm) Y-axis motorized travel, and 3″ motorized focus travel. The linear scale resolution is 0.00025mm/.00001″, and the stage adjustment includes a ±15 degree true parfocal helix stage adjustment with a 5-minute vernier, ensuring optimal positioning and alignment. The 24P also features joystick control and a computerized microstep motor controller for the X and Y axes, as well as focus.
