The latest Quick Image (QI-C) Series combines Mitutoyo’s advanced telecentric all-in-focus optical system with a motorized stage and powerful QIPAK software to deliver fast, repeatable, and highly accurate measurements. The system is particularly well suited for shafts, stampings, plastic components, electronics, and other challenging workpieces that are difficult to focus using traditional vision systems.
One of the most impressive new features is the image stitching capability. By combining multiple images into a single measurement view, users can inspect larger parts without repositioning the workpiece, improving efficiency and simplifying measurement workflows. The system’s telecentric optics provide a wide depth of focus, reducing the need for constant refocusing while helping operators achieve reliable measurement results.
The intuitive QIPAK software makes operation easy for both experienced inspectors and new users. Inspection routines, part programs, and repeat measurements can be created and executed with just a few mouse clicks, helping organizations reduce training time and improve throughput.
